All orders are processed within 2-4 working days (except weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation by e-mail. You will receive another message when your order is shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number that you can use to verify its status. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving the confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we will find out all the details.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less shipping costs.
In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please write to us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and a photo of the status of the goods. We are considering such cases on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request its return.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a check or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at email@example.com to begin your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return delivery label as well as instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Goods sent back without prior request for return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us with any questions of return to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-refundable goods
Some types of goods are non-refundable, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom goods (such as special orders or personalized goods) and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sales items and gift cards.
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your existing product, and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new product.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return, and let you know whether the return has been approved or not. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded the original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and send your refund.
