All orders are processed within 2-4 working days (except weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation by e-mail. You will receive another message when your order is shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number that you can use to verify its status. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving the confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will find out all the details.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less shipping costs.
