Delivery policy
All orders are processed within 2-4 working days (except weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation by e-mail. You will receive another message when your order is shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number that you can use to verify its status. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving the confirmation email, please contact us at youfirstcosmetics@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will find out all the details.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less shipping costs.
In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please write to us as soon as possible at youfirstcosmetics@gmail.com with the order number and a photo of the status of the goods. We are considering such cases on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request its return.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a check or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-refundable goods
